Options we provide

  • Replacement of the affected item, subject to availability.
  • Refund to your original payment method when a replacement is not possible.
  • Partial refund if only part of the order is affected.

Conditions

  • Items should remain in reasonable condition; please keep original packaging when possible.
  • For incorrect items, we may arrange a pickup or return depending on the situation.
  • Refunds are processed after verification and may take standard banking or e-wallet clearing times.

Exclusions

  • Normal wear and tear or damage from improper use.
  • Changes of preference after confirmed delivery (unless agreed upon with us).
  • Items confirmed as correct and complete after the 3-day notification window for damage/wrong items.
